Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Circuswap interface. The currently active product is experimental testnet software and does not support mainnet transactions.
1. The interface
Circuswap is an independent, non-custodial web interface that helps users submit crosschain USDC transactions through Circle App Kit and CCTP. Circuswap does not hold your assets, operate your wallet, possess your private keys, or guarantee that a third-party protocol will complete a transfer.
2. Testnet-only execution
Active wallet execution is limited to Ethereum Sepolia and Arc Testnet. Testnet tokens have no monetary value. The mainnet screen is an inactive product preview: production contracts are not configured and no mainnet wallet transaction can be created from it.
3. Fees
Circuswap adds a service fee equal to 2% of the bridge amount. The fee is charged in addition to the amount being bridged. Circle App Kit routes 90% of that custom fee to the fee-recipient address displayed in the transaction preview and documentation, and retains 10% for Arc. The CCTP Fast Transfer fee is separate and deducted from the bridge amount; network gas is also separate. Your wallet displays the final transaction details before you sign.
4. Your responsibility
- Verify the network, token, destination wallet, amount, fee, and contracts.
- Maintain sufficient gas and secure your wallet credentials.
- Comply with laws that apply to you and your location.
- Do not use Circuswap for fraud, sanctions evasion, or unlawful activity.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Circuswap cannot cancel, reverse, or recover a transaction you authorize.
5. Third-party services
The interface depends on independent services including wallet software, RPC providers, Circle App Kit, CCTP, block explorers, and the underlying networks. Those services have their own terms, availability, risks, and security practices. Circuswap is not Circle, Arc Network, or an affiliated or endorsed product of either organization.
6. Risks and no warranty
The interface is provided “as is” and “as available.” Test networks may reset, fail, change contracts, or behave unexpectedly. Software bugs, wallet errors, network congestion, RPC failures, and third-party outages may interrupt a transfer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circuswap disclaims warranties and liability for losses arising from use of the interface.
7. Changes and access
Circuswap may update, suspend, or discontinue functionality and may revise these terms as the project develops. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the interface after an update means you accept the revised terms.
8. Support
Use the official Support page. Circuswap support will never request your seed phrase, private key, or a transfer to a “verification” address.
