Terms of Use

These terms govern the Circuswap testnet interface and the separately labeled experimental Temporary Bridge for real mainnet USDC.

1. The interface

Circuswap is an independent, non-custodial web interface that helps users submit crosschain USDC transactions through Circle App Kit and CCTP. Circuswap does not hold your assets, operate your wallet, possess your private keys, or guarantee that a third-party protocol will complete a transfer.

2. Testnet and temporary mainnet execution

The standard product executes on Ethereum Sepolia and Arc Testnet, where tokens have no monetary value. Its mainnet screen remains an inactive preview. A separate Temporary Bridge may submit real Base-to-Arc mainnet USDC transactions through Circle Gateway and a Circuswap-operated mint relayer. It is experimental, one-way, unaudited, and may be suspended or fail without notice.

3. Fees

Circuswap adds a service fee equal to 2% of the bridge amount. The fee is charged in addition to the amount being bridged. Circle App Kit routes 90% of that custom fee to the fee-recipient address displayed in the transaction preview and documentation, and retains 10% for Arc. The CCTP Fast Transfer fee is separate and deducted from the bridge amount; network gas is also separate. Your wallet displays the final transaction details before you sign.

The Temporary Bridge instead deducts a 3% Circuswap service fee, a fixed 0.25 USDC temporary forwarding fee, and Circle's live Gateway maximum fee from the user's stated total spend. The temporary forwarding fee supports operating reserve and relayer availability but does not guarantee performance. Founding 500 credit does not apply to this temporary route.

4. Your responsibility

  • Verify the network, token, destination wallet, amount, fee, and contracts.
  • Maintain sufficient gas and secure your wallet credentials.
  • Comply with laws that apply to you and your location.
  • Do not use Circuswap for fraud, sanctions evasion, or unlawful activity.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Circuswap cannot cancel, reverse, or recover a transaction you authorize.

5. Founding 500 credit

The first 500 unique wallet addresses whose valid Circuswap testnet bridge is received and verified by the registry may receive a $5 promotional ledger credit. Slots are assigned in verified-submission order, one allocation per wallet and per qualifying burn transaction. A credit is tied to that wallet, is not USDC or cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and has no value unless Circuswap enables eligible mainnet bridge execution.

The credit may offset only Circuswap's 2% service fee. It does not cover, reimburse, or reduce Circle/CCTP protocol or forwarding fees, relayer fees, or network gas. The wallet remains responsible for all such third-party and network costs. Detailed verification and allocation rules appear on the Founding 500 page.

6. Third-party services

The interface depends on independent services including wallet software, RPC providers, Circle App Kit, CCTP, block explorers, and the underlying networks. Those services have their own terms, availability, risks, and security practices. Circuswap is not Circle, Arc Network, or an affiliated or endorsed product of either organization.

7. Risks and no warranty

The interface is provided “as is” and “as available.” Test networks may reset, fail, change contracts, or behave unexpectedly. Software bugs, wallet errors, network congestion, RPC failures, and third-party outages may interrupt a transfer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circuswap disclaims warranties and liability for losses arising from use of the interface.

Temporary Bridge risks additionally include Circle Gateway indexing delays, expiring BurnIntents, private-access policy changes, relayer service failure, Arc RPC failure, insufficient Arc gas for self-mint, and funds remaining in a Gateway balance until the user completes or recovers the route. Circuswap does not control Circle or Arc. Its relayer is best-effort, balance-limited, and provides no guarantee that a mint will be submitted or confirmed.

8. Changes and access

Circuswap may update, suspend, or discontinue functionality and may revise these terms as the project develops. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the interface after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Support

Use the official Support page. Circuswap support will never request your seed phrase, private key, or a transfer to a “verification” address.
